My methodology follows three phases: I See the patterns others miss using behavioural diagnostics, I Surface what's creating the misalignment between your people, their roles, and your expectations, and then we Solve it together by designing structural solutions that fit how your specific team is actually wired to operate.

From there the pathway is focused and practical — clarifying roles and decision-making, strengthening leadership capability, redesigning how your team operates day to day. I work alongside you through diagnosis and implementation, so the structure holds and you're no longer the one carrying it all.
